Our services are designed for service-based businesses and are delivered through our technology platform.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM

AG3NT provides an SMS messaging program for transactional business communications. By submitting your phone number through our website forms, you consent to receive the following types of messages: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages related to your inquiry, review requests after completed services, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our system. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact max@ag3nt.info. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their marketing purposes. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. AG3NT and its service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You agree not to misuse our platform or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
